Carb Question need answer asap

I'm trying to take my carb off my truck's 2.8 V6 and I've unhooked everything except one metal cable I can't figure out how to disconnect. Its like a small metal cable next to the throttle cable.

 

Here's a picture. Its the cable on the bottom.

 

 

 

please excuse the poor lighting its dark outside and I'm using a flashlight.

The black plastic end just snaps on. Push it to the right according to the picture, or otherwise away from the cable.

If its the one on the bottom with the wire, the black thing will just pop off if you pry gently with a screwdriver
