Modern bucket seats.

Had a thought today about throwing more modern equipment in an MJ. Basically the buckets and center console from a later model XJ. Anyone done this? I think all that's needed is some new studs in the floor to match the new seats. Only drawback I can see is not being able to fold down the seats. Figure this would be cheaper than buying new aftermarket seats.
