Our new shop truck

Simi flat black. The lower cross bar will be a hi-lift mount and I'll build a ajustable light bar up top. That way I can just remove the lights or fold them back when I don't need them. Do you mean fill in around the welds? If so no. My welds usely look good but I just changed to a soild wire and it look like crap. Really not happy with this new wire.

yeah i meant around the welds. my welds penetrate fully, and i do trust them, but they are not the best looking. i don't pracise enough to make them cosmetically appealing. but hey, a grinder works just as good

i love the look of the scenery (if you will allow me to turn sissy for a moment)

i aqlways wanted to travel up to alaska.

Come on up, if you need help or just need a yard to camp in let us know. That goes for anyone here too. We would love to show you around or go hit some trails. The drive though BC, the Yukon and Alaska is breath taking. I have done it near 20 times now and it never gets old. I'll be slapping this cage in as soon as the paint drys. The hi-lift mount and light bars will have to weight, since nothing is open to get parts. The hi-lift mount will be simaler to this XJ on I made. I will sit just below the bad rails so it can't get shoved though the rear window.

No not yet. I have a set of 31" snow tires here but they need to get swapped on to the rims. Kinda waiting for the Staun beadlocks to show up then maybe the 33 MTR's off our XJ while I sawp the 9.25 into that. I have a set of 35x16's if I had a set of 5 on 4.5 x16 rims too.

so you basically have to figure out WHICH tire to run first? you sound like theres to many options... you could just give away those 35x16s and the rims to me, then you'd only have 2 choices... narrow it down a bit for ya! :brows:

I know I'm slacken on the sliders. I can make you guys a cage. Best bet would be for me to bend and notch it all, ship it and have you find someone to weld it up. Not going to be cheap with the shipping though. Sliders our on my list to do. Right now I need to get this AGR Rock Ram kit on.

Here is the AGR Rock Ram kit we will be putting on the Shop MJ.

We will also be starting a winch bumper to fit our new 9,000 pound EPI Superwinch in with 3/8" synthetic winchline from Winchline.com topped off with one of our Holeproof Aluminum Fairleads.

If you are intrested in any of these products or fab work please contact us.

Yes that’s a new pump and the ram is 8". There is a 6", 8", and 9" rams that you can get from AGR. So far it's worked great. Turns nice and smooth and no bump-steer at all, ever.

Still haven't built a bumper to mount the EPI-9.0 Superwinch in. The Staun BeadLocks are here and we need to install those. We are putting those in my wife’s XJ’s 33" MTR and 12x15 rims. Then they will be swapped on and off between the Shop MJ and her XJ, to get the most testing from them.

We also have a nice set of Crown Performance Brake Lines sitting here that need to go on. These lines are sweet.

Teflon inner core

Kevlar braid

Protective layer

Stainless steel braid

Protective vinyl cover in any color

New one piece crimp design.

Ours are red to match the truck and around 30" long just in case we go taller later. If interested in any of these products please let us know. The break lines are priced nice too. A Jeep set of 3 any needed length plus shipping starting at $100.00.

We enjoy supporting and promoting those who have supported us. We are working hard now to get ready for the Great Alaska Meet and Greet in Palmer, Alaska early this summer. As the largest 4x4 gathering in the state, it’s an event not to miss. We will be taking our shop truck and one of our trail rigs, the 400-mile trek to Palmer will be a great advertising opportunity. We look forward to continuing the built up of the shop truck with all new equipment and decals installed and ready, as well as new custom fab work, before we hit the road.

Kindest Regards,

Eric Whitebread

Well the cage would be around $700-$1000 to make plus shipping. It would be cheaper for me to cut, bend and notch to fit but not weld for shipping. Now if you drove up here to the shop I would cut you one heck of a deal. So come visit. If you are really interested we could get some shipping weights and quotes for a $25.00 fee that would be put toured the cage if you ordered.
