Pete M
is your driveshaft too long? I'd have thought that a mild lift would counteract the Dana 44 addition.
ComancheKid45
I'm not sure, I'm going to add an XJ 3" AAL to my pack during the axle swap, so that might net me 1.5" in the rear on top of my 1.5" shackle, At most Ill be 3" over stock, I was under the impression that you would need atleast 4" of lift for a D35 rear shaft to work with a D44. I have my current driveshaft and its still in good shape. I also have a D44 shaft but its from a LWB (that was the 1 i was gonna get cut). If my D35 shaft will work that would be great, but from what ive read itll need to loose an inch or so to prevent bottoming out..... :dunno:
