WisComanch86
I've decided not to do a posi-lock to by pass the factory CAD system to get my 4wd to work and just to slide the collar over to permanently engage the front axle shaft. However I haven't been underneath there yet, just want to know exactly what to do once I get under there and what I'm looking for. Any help would be appreciated, I've been told its not too technical and really only need a jack, wrench, and some time.

Bounty Hunter
It's a LOT simpler than that writeup. Remove the disconnect from the axle (4 bolts), slide the collar over to the locked position, then install the disconnect upside down. The fork will now hold the collar in the locked position. Easy peasy :smart:
