87manche Posted November 6, 2006 Share Posted November 6, 2006 easiest way is the spline count. AX-15's all have a 23 spline output. AX-5's were 21 I believe. Dimensionally they are very similar, with trans length being the same for both. The AX-15 has more pronounce structural webbing. Looks like Friday I will have an A15 with bellhousing. This one came out of an XJ, so it should be a perfect fit.
