Buy a new seal. Last time I bought one(for a 231, but I think it's the same part, it was $7 at Carquest.

 

Motor swap for a leaking output seal is kind of like renting a steamroller to squash an ant.

Simple install, too, drop the driveshaft, pry out the old seal, press in the new one, lube the lip of the seal and put the driveshaft back in place and you're done.
