LarryH88bt
I've lost those combination retaining clip and nut that keep the electric fan hard mounted to the bracket above the radiator. Is there any place I can get some universal replacements? Or anyone have an alternative besides zip ties :D ?
Harper
Those speed nuts can be found in any auto parts store or even most large hardware or building centers like Lowe's or Home Depot

STERLING STINGER
Ya the metal is woven throughout the tie itself, and theres metal, not plastic, that is the "fastner"....??? Its metal inside,
LarryH88bt
Yeah I just looked them up. There are full blown all metal cable ties. I could not find a plastic zip tie with a metal interior in my quick search. But I understand what you're saying

They are called spring nuts and if you can't fine the correct size at Lowes or Home Depot, Fastenal has a huge assortment. http://www.fastenal.com/web/products.ex?N=0&Ntk=Search+All&Ntt=clip+nuts&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&Nty=
