bigd44889 Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 got my motor back in ( the built up 2.5 ) running good power steering pump leaking /whining/and the pully is wobbling so i need a p/s pump for an 88 mj whith a 2.5 anybody got one laying around that is good and for sale thanks :cheers:

jimoshel Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 Before putting out any cash for a new pump , check your air filter-TBI connecting hose. On some models the hose comes out in the middle of the filter housing and interferes with the OS filler cap, with reservoir attached to PS pump. Either use the separate pump-reservoir or a filter cover with the outlet to the rear.
