kro10000
So whan I went to turn my flywheel today, I found out it was concave, not flat. Is this a BA10 wheel then? I have an AX so could this have caused issues? Its flat now so did I screw up by machiningit?
Eagle
Its flat now so did I screw up by machiningit? Yes, you did. The factory service manual specifically says NOT to turn flywheels. Don't use it -- it might work, but there's about a 75% probability you'll have to take everything apart again to replace it if you try to use it. Geonovast
Also, there is no difference between the BA 10/5 and AX-15 flywheels.
