WhiteXJ Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 i have seein a comanche awhile back and it it was compltey stock but it had a body kit on it and one of those visers over the bed they said it came from the factory like that. anyone know anything about this?
Automan2164 Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Some did. If it did, go back and get their info. The only ones that came "Stock" with all that was a group of dealer customized "Street Comanches". It should have a dash plaque on the glovebox with the production number. Pete M Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 just about. there might have been even fewer dually MJs made (another post-factory mod). and there's only one ThunderChief. :D
Automan2164 Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 They were a very limited production. Body kits were sold aftermarket, but not many were bought. Also, Street MJ kits found their way onto other MJ/XJ's of the time. There is no documentation on paper to tell anything about the Street MJ's. All we know is from the dash plaques, and members who have had them. According to the dash plaques, there are only 100 units. Rob L.
tazjeeper Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 there's only one ThunderChief. :D HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM did we not just talk about that in a PM...LOL
