nitroxsteve Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Has any one relocated the stock flag style mirrors forward so they are in the same location as the mirrors that mount to the corner of the window? I hate the stock location but was not sure if this will help or look stupid. I also thought that it my be better than the early cherokee mirrors because I can fold them in on the trail.
comanche09 Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 If you could mount them there they would look silly IMO. The stock mirror in that location has a triangular base. Just grab some '97+ XJ mirror from the junkyard. They fold and are actually big enough to be useful.

Eagle Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 The original Cherokee/Comanche mirrors that mount to the forward corner of the vent window fold in. Moving the flag mirrors IMHO would be a step backwards. They're junk anyway. Get rid of 'em.
