clutch noise

My name is Pete and i have a 91 mj with a 4.0 5 speed 4x4 short bed.

This is my daily driver i went to work thursday morning and got off the highway coasted to a stop

and push the clutch pedal in and then heard a grinding rattling sound. I got to work check fluid and was ok

drove back home no noise. Friday drove to to work samething happen. There a 160000 miles on the truck

No 1 suspect, throw out bearing. No 2 suspect, but not likely, pressure plate. sometimes a finger or rivet will give out.
