Euramtec lights

Installing the Euramtec B-pillar lights....having a brainfart. Did you guys use all 3 wires?? I put the hot pink wire to the larger spade connector and the door switch to the middle smaller spade, and regular ground to the small end spade. My light stays on in the middle position no matter whether the doo is open or close??

 

If I leave the ground wire off and put the door switch ground on the end it work in either switch position, but does not go out when door is closed?? Checked headlight switch and it seems fine??

Swapped headlight switches and dome lights go out when doors shut/on when open. That's with

the switch in the center position. :???:

Yes, that is correct. The Euramtec lights work in all positions.
