Grab a V8 ZJ Tie rod. It's cheap and beefy.

 

Or, Before I'd spent $250+ for that, I would look into a WJ high steer setup conversion, sourcing JY parts of course.

I'm running a similar setup, its not really cross over though, its inverted 'T'. I've had good luck with it, but if you don't get a poly spacer under the right tierod the steering will roll when you turn which results in a dead spot in the center of the wheel when you go back and forth.

 

you can kind of see it here, mine is also over the knuckle for more clearance
