J B Cuz
Last Friday on the way home I found one of Minnesota's largest pot holes. I hit it with the RF tire and it snapped the lower track bar bolt. I got it stopped without hitting anything but man was my heart rate up there. Called a friend who brought a bolt and nut and then drove it the rest of the way home. Saturday I drilled out the hole and put in a 1/2 bolt. J B Cuz
Geonovast
Eesh, that sounds fun. How fast were you going? Reminds me of when the track bar balljoint fell out of the bracket on my 2.5 at 70mph, 3 1/2 hours from home. Worst Death Wobble I ever had. Worst Death Wobble I ever had. whats funny is i've had bad death wobble in my jeep before but when my trackbar did exactly what you're talking about all that happened was i suddenly couldn't steer! put it into a turn at 50 and it took full lock to (barely) make a slight bend in the road.
