MJ lower controll arm questions

I am upgrading to wj lower arms I am ready to start maching the width to fit. Any one have a exact measurement of the width of the MJ arm I do not have mine off yet to measure. Would preffer a measurement with calipers or mics? Also I can find a scorce for the oval bushing in poly any ideas?

I cut mine flush with the bushings.
