sliding back glass comanche

Recommended Posts

True.

But, some members don't have P-N-P near by, or the tools to remove it at the yard, to get a used, scratched glass, broken latch slider.

Several members opp'ed to get a Brand New unit, and install it trouble free :D

Plus, the 4 lite slider has a larger opening than the 3 lite OEM unit.

:agree:

Not only that but the rubber in the window tracks get old and worn causing those windows to bounce around .

Making a sh@ty rattle sound .

whats the easiest way to get it off the truck without damaging it?

Cut it out with a COLD KNIFE . You can pick one up at Harbor Freight or somewhere for about 20 bucks ...

Sharpen the blade VERY well and be careful of the headliner , or just take it out first .

Pretty easy all and all ..
