cab sides

i have bad cab sides on both sides of my 86 the drivers side is just about rusted thro and the passenger side is dented all the way up. idk if anyone has experiance with this kind of thing but i thought id ask. any and all sugjestions are welcome. thanks

Best thing to do is to cut out and put in new metal...

I just did a cab corner/rocker replacement writeup:

Chopping apart the donor corner was a PITA,

 

It's not shown in that thread, but I hacked it out of the donor vehicle with a sawzall,

then took my time taking the layers apart, till I ended up with the corner installed in the thread.

It does not look that hard. I think I'm gonna wait til it gets a little warmer to get started though.
