Comanche wont start

Alright so I'm swapping the bed off of my MJ right now, and after I pulled my old bed out I tried to start the truck but it won't turn over. My guess is its not getting gas, but any one else have any idea why it won't start?

not sure, but i believe the fuel pump grounds out to the bed somewhere near the taillight... any wires disconnected back there?

Yup... fuel pump shares a ground with the taillights. You'll need to ground that out to the frame, and it should start right up.

thanks, I think know exactly where that ground wire is also, right behind the left tail light right?

Correct. Ground it out and you should be good.

thanks you guys, that was the probelm, so much easier to drive it up the drive and into the garage than to push up the driveway,
