camjeep3 Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 in the process of doing my SOA with an 8.8 at the moment. and I'm about to be at the point where i will need to run some brake lines for the truck... i have a nice extended line from RE that came with my kit. i was wondering how i could make it work. is it possible for me to go to a parts store and get the line and the fittings needed and put it together? :hmm: i have never really done anything like this so sorry if its a dumb question :wavey:
Automan2164 Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Is the 8.8 just a different sized fitting? Rob L.
Automan2164 Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 There should be a size adapter, or a fitting to get you from one to another... Tried napa? Rob L.

64 Cheyenne Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 I'm using 2 r/side soft lines, and a Dakota line for the axle to the frame. As seen here: http://www.jedi.com/obiwan/jeep/ford88.html
