freakjeep93
tonight i did a fire department physical test. pretty much you take about a maby 20-30 pound hose bundle about 50 feet 2 ways or 2 diffrnt arms, then come back and get a larrer walk 50 ft with it and set it up , then youi go ten rungs up a ladder 3 times, then drag a charged hose 100ft, then pull 2 attack milkcrates full of hosed 50ft twice, thenyou use the slude hammer to move a truck tire a foot but you sorta ram it with the head no swining involved, and then you drag a recue dummy 100ft(it weighs 150 pouds i waeigh 120), theu up the ladder 2 more times, then you take a bucket of salt 100 ft using 2 different arm each 50 ft. we have to do it in 10 mins i got a time of 9:56. my heart rate was 89 before and 159 after. I'm really out of shape.....

Carl'sMJ
Passing is under 10 min. and you were at 9:56... That's cutting it awful close. If this is something you want to do it sounds like time to get out from behind the computer and getting some more physical hobbies. No offense intended, but fire fighter work is a serious line of business.
