mjtjnj
Just bought an 88 4.0/5speed long bed, and it has neither the truck mirrors nor the "sport" mirrors (black/chrome, like the XJ). It has some TINY regular black rear views bolted into the sheet metal on the door. Bought it from the original owner, who said that's how it came. Do the truck mirrors bolt into the same holes? I'd rather have those. Anyone got any?! :brows:
Oizarod115
thats how mine came... i think someone refered to them as the "flag" style mirrors... are they offset as well? further back on the drivers side than on the passenger? edit: XJ style mirrors with the inside adjusters or not should swap right in, someone on here has done it and has pics. Eagle
No, the "west coast" trucker style (tow package) mirrors do not use the same holes.

CWLONGSHOT
I tyoo had the "flag" mirrors. I hated them. I also noticed that everyone seems to be breaking the XJ style as well.. I REALLY like the west coast JR mirrors but feel they just don't look right on little trucks. Even mine sitting almost 7" of lift on 33's I don't like the look. I picked up some GROTE mirrors and LOVE them!! CW
