bowmans86mj
i just locked out my front axle for the 4x4 cause i was having vacuum problems so now it is working. BUT i was wondering if i am supposed to block off the vacuum hoses now that i don't need them or is it ok to just leave them?? thank you :dunno:
Lenard
i went and put little caps on mine, it would be like having a vac line with a hole in it, it screws everything else up
Geonovast
It wouldn't directly affect anything, as those vac lines are separate from the rest of the vacuum system. You do want to pull the lines off and cap the ports on the T-case, so nothing works its way in.
bowmans86mj
ok thank you. also where would be a good place to get some wheel spacers?? and aprox price
navigator
i remember pricing spacers for my 06 Trailblazer and they were about $400 a set. i think for a jeep you can find a wheel with the backspacing you want for less than that and remove a possible point of failure. bowmans86mj
new ?. what would be the best and easiest way to plug the vacuum lines and inlit's for the front axle?? I'm not sure how to do it and ensure no water gets into the axle?? thank you
Geonovast
Just go take a section of the hose into a local hardware or parts store, and buy some vacuum caps of that size. You don't have to plug the ports on the axle, water won't work its way into the axle through the actuator, but make sure you do it on the T-case. Geonovast
If it's a quad park I wouldn't take your MJ in, especially being a longbed.

Pete M
I've not been there personally, but I've seen pictures of haspin and know that some members here have been there and loved it. Also, if you start a new thread about it in the Pub, I'm sure you'll get more opinions. :D
