Flywheel, clutch, tranny bolts torque specs?

Does anyone have access to the torque specs on the tranny parts? I can't seem to find my Haynes manual at the moment, and would like to start on this tomorrow.

 

Looking for:

Flywheel bolt torque

pressure plate and clutch disc bolt torque

bellhousing to block bolts torque specs
