adding AC cooling fan to non-AC MJ

For additional cooling help in very hot weather I picked up the electric AC cooling fan. I also grabbed the relay out of the fuse box.

Does anybody have instruction on how to wire using a manual switch on the dash?

I found an open 2 wire plug (green/black) on drivers inner fender, that traces to the relay, but these are 18 or 16 ga wire.

The junkyard fan has 10 or 12ga.

Does the non-AC harness have everything I need? other than wires to dash switch...

I think you meant you grabbed the relay out of the PDC? There's no fan relay in the fuse block. Shoot me an PM email addy and I'll send a wiring diagram that should work in your 91.
