how to make a new gauge cluster match mileage of old cluster

Recommended Posts

Great DIY thread on the cluster swap, including how to reset the odometer.

Yep, that's the diy I used. The only thing I had trouble with is when he is talking about using the hobby knife, he never actually says what to remove. Now I know (after warping one speedo) he is referring to the little c clip on the end of the numbers. I found that a good and sharp pair of needle nose pliers works best for the removal of that clip.
