New Topic/Post Reply buttons.

I've noticed several times recently that people have been posting random threads that don't seem to make sense, because they accidentally click the New Topic button instead of the Post Reply button.

 

Pete: It's not really a problem, but would the software let you move those buttons a little farther apart? I don't even understand why the New Topic button is there when you're reading a thread.
