anyone live in a state that it is easy to get a title

here is the details

tow company has a truck been there over a year

he will sell it to me real cheep but don't have a title

to get one here will be a pain

the truck is a 76 dodge

anyone out there that can help

There are a couple of title service places that do them by mail/phone. They advertise pretty regularly in Hemmings Motor News.
