Ok people I am about to put a wiring harness with a fuse block in my truck..... just looking for helpfull hints and encouregment ........it looks like a pretty hard job to do.... advise please :dunno:

gut the interior, and this includes the carpeting/cargo mat, seats, B and C pillar trim. You can get by with partially removing the dash assembly, but it also has to come unbolted so you can rock it forward to access the harness running behind it.

Realize that there ARE going to be moments when you need to back off, and cool down before you tackle it again. Don't be afraid to take breaks or ask some else to give it a shot. Take your time.

That actually depends on what he's replacing, with what.

 

 

 

Okay, to the original poster. what exactly are you replacing? with what? are you just replacing the fuse box? just dash harness? have you cut any wires? is it a complete harness swap? is the new harness from a cherokee or comanche?
