4x4 eliminator

From what ive read it seems that 4WD eliminators are rare. How rare would you say they are? and what years did they offer them in 4wd? A friend of mine cane across an eliminator parked in the woods on someones property and thinks it was 4wd. Know one was home, so I'm planning to take a ride and see if they want to sell.

I think the first Eliminator package was 2wd in 1988, mine is a 1991 and 4 wheel drive. I once saw a 1992 Eliminator 4X4 for sale on ebay a few years back. As I recall it didn't get its reserve and bidding was as high as $10,000. Since 1992's are rare in general the Eliminator package might have added to its value.
