Mainly, will a piece of 4x8 plywood fit in the bed? I tried the search function and came up empty handed. How much longer is a long bed vs. a short bed? mvusse Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 There is no compact or mid size truck in existence that can fit a 4x8 sheet between the wheel wells. Only full size pick ups can do that.
