So if i can't get my hands on a 4x4 when I'm out of school, here's what i want to do.

1. convert to 4x4

a. 8.8 rear with locker, d30 in front locked

b.5 speed, np-205 if possible

2. rebuild 2.5 and put some guts back into it.

3. brush guard with removable winch and lights

4. cab guard and bed rails, tool box, more lights, 4ft cb whips, marker lights, hood louvers

5. swap guage cluster to guages and not idiot lights

6. switch board for lights and lockers

7.lifted 3" with 31/10.5/15's and chromers

8. buckets and good sound system

An insanely heavy t-case with a poor low range. I gotta ask why you would want to try and adapt it into your Jeep. :???:

Ahhhh. That would be a good reason. :thumbsup: I highly recommend an additional crossmember and support to hold up that heavy case. I doubt the AX-5's case can take the stress for very long.
