smithe1811 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 For some reason, my idle gradually goes up, even when the truck is not moving and before i even drive it. when i start it, its fine and while its warming up, after 5 minutes or so, then the idle begins to shoot up, any ideas? Pete M Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Idle Air Controller. Have you cleaned the throttle body lately? A good cleaning with an o2 sensor safe cleaner and a toothbrush might help you out.
