VHT ROLL BAR & CHASSIS EPOXY PAINT contains the same one step epoxy ester resin as the VHT All Weather Epoxy Paints. However, this formulation has been designed to withstand the abuse of roll bars, steel bumpers, and grill guards. The rust inhibitors contained in this product provide a rust proof barrier when applied to new or properly prepared surfaces. VHT ROLL BAR & CHASSIS EPOXY PAINT provides for a powder coat-like finish, which resembles a porcelain surface.

Anyone ever use this stuff? It's pretty pricey @ ~$6-7 a can, and I'm wondering if it is worth it? Otherwise i'll stick to my $3-4 rustoleum.

Don't forget UV (from the sun) breaks down epoxy resins. That's why concrete outdoor pools have to be repainted every 10-15 years.

But if I can paint a 23000 gallon pool with a 2 part epoxy paint for less than $300, $6 to $7 for a can IS pricey.

I was actually checking out various VHT brand paints and stumbled across it. I figured it was a gimmick but wasn't sure..
