comancheon33 Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 On here it accidently became comancheon333 instead of comancheon33. Thanks to junk wireless keyboard I got. If someone could help fix this it would great. Thanks in advance
Pete M Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 Hmmm, dang it, I don't seem to have that power. I guess you'll need to start over. Sorry. :( Jeep on! --Pete
Bounty Hunter Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 Any site admin can go to the admin panel and click on Management under 'User Management'. Then enter the username and the users profile will pop up. Then change the username and hit 'submit'. The user will then need to know it's been changed (generally via email) in order to successfully log in the next time.
Pete M Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 I tried that and it kept wanting to change his user name to *my* user name. It didn't make any sense to me but I'll try again for the heck of it. Jeep on! --Pete
Bounty Hunter Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 I've used it many times as our club's forum is the same software. You'll have to pull up that user's profile and change the username and password, then email the new password to the user.
Pete M Posted July 18, 2005 Posted July 18, 2005 I got it now. I was thrown off by the fact that it has MY username in his spot when I go to his page. I deleted that and put in his, then invented a password for it. Thanks!! :D Jeep on! --Pete
comancheon33 Posted July 18, 2005 Author Posted July 18, 2005 Thanks it worked, now I don't feel so retarded.
Guest Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 Thanks to junk wireless keyboard I got. Can't you see what's going on? You can't really believe in it, right?
