  4. red loctite works wonders....
  5. id be afraid my motor would contract herpes
  6. ill take the tailgate off of your hands
  7. If you just need the outer belts, the dealer is the cheapest place that I have found. They are $17 per side
  8. roadless, how did you make your plates? The way I have done it in the past is to cut away the excess material on the egr valve and weld the hole shut and cut the flex tube off of the part that goes into the intake and weld that solid as well. Is there an aftermarket supplier for these or do I have to make them again?
  9. no "performance" is gained, however, it lowers the engine temperature, and I already have a breather on so no worries about blowby or excessive cc pressure
  10. I redid mine with black felt from wal mart. I pulled off all of the old foam and headliner material. I put the headliner material over the board, then folded it half over itself. Then I saturated half of the "board" with 3m automotive spray adhesive and half of the headliner felt that is facing up(you can do this because the glue won't soak through the felt), waited 5 minutes, and pressed it down together, then did the same on the other side. I then waited about an hr for it all to set up, cutting the edges and leaving about 2" extra all the way around. I then hot glued the edges around to the backside and cut out all of the holes and slots on it. I really doubt that will come apart anytime soon lol as soon as I put it down, it was STUCK whick did leave me with some wrinkles which sucks but its definitely not going anywhere anytime soon! Not to mention the felt was about $5, and the spray was about $16 for 2 cans, so for about $20 total, I did it myself.
  11. has anyone ever thought of putting an optima in the cab behind the seat? Just a thought and you wouldnt need a battery box for it
  12. hmm shot in the dark then I guess
  13. Hey xipantera31ix, would you believe me if I told you that I once spent the weekend in Lenhartsville?! Believe you me, it was a sweet weekend. We were supposed to be camping in the campground near there, Blue Rocks is it? But we got totally rained out. We had rented out the town hall for the weekend, just to hang out and get away, most of us ended up sleeping there. My buddy and I toughed it out in the rain, we were the only ones with a REAL tent, everybody elses were from WalMart. Anyways, I'll never forget Lenhartsville, even though I've only spent 3 days of my life there. Just thought you might enjoy the fact that someone else on this board knows right where you're at.... WOW someone knows where I'm at! I'm about a mile up from blue rocks campground, lovely place if you've never been. The glacial deposit up there is awesome, once a year i believe they hold a rock crawling competition for broncos (one of the owners has a SWEET 68 ) If you're ever on that road, look for the primered 88 manche sitting in the driveway, thats me lol. I LOVE it up here tho, the only better place that I have found is up at my buddy's cabin in potter county.
  14. would the renix motors benefit from using H.O. injectors? just curious cause they are just a junkyard away.
  15. haha  but seriously, even with minor mods, good find!
