Just checked out the Zone kit. The add a leafs can ride pretty rough in my experience but looks like you already have a plan for remedying that. If you change your mind and stay SUA the Hell Creek MT leafs are nice. When combined with the zone shackles I'm guessing it would be in the 4-5" range Great. I think those seats will look awesome restored/refreshed regardless if you swap to the 97+ dash or keep it original.

Are the seats salvageable? Or do you plan to ditch them?

A few people have had the stock bench reupholstered with a good outcome. Sucks about the taillight. Truck still looks great. Nice job.

Great Truck !! Great Pics!! Are you swapping in the newer dash or keeping the original dash? Whats the scoop with the duck tape on the rear driver taillight?

Looks great. Never would guess it has 251k miles. Curious if you did a compression/leak down test or engine/transmission oil analysis prior to purchase?
