  4. Swapped the Comanche parts onto the donor Cherokee door.
  5. Fabbed pieces to plate the bottom of the bumper, attach it to the original rear leaf spring hangers, and sandwitch in a 2" receiver. Donor steel pieces are 2 semi spring mounts, a 6x6 spare tire mount, and a Cherokee receiver. The plate and brackets are 1/4".
  6. Last bumper plate piece mocked in. Cherokee liftgate holes and cracks fixed.
  7. Added a light duty rake attachment.
  8. Pic shows top in 'down' position. Added sound deadener pad and some Cherokee roof sheet metal for the hood.
  9. More rockwork using natural pieces collected nearby.
  10. Fabbed brackets for bumper corners that bolt using the original threaded bumper bracket holes on the frame. Modeled the bumper ends
  11. Cut letters from the crumpled Comanche tailgate and glued them into the Cherokee liftgate in primer.
  12. Put rear wheels back on and trial fit flare.
