wow i finally got an apointment at the tuner shop for some dyno time. may 11 at 2 pm i get 4 runs and a tune .will post pics and specs of the out come of my dyno adventure .thanks guys KEEP THEM MANCHES ROLLING PROUD!!!

A BAD IGNITOIN COIL WILL DO THAT ALSO but i also had a bad fuel ine in the tank( between the output of the tank and the pump ) check your fuel psi . should be between 28 and 42, at the fuel rail . if you have r12 ac guages you can check it out :wrench:

ok at the 30 sec mark . the hose thats missing , is your ac (high pressure line) at the 50 second mark ,you see both high and low pressure lines are missing for the ac compressor. no problem there unless you are wandering why your ac don't work . :hmm: but check this , intake/exaust gasket for leaks , you should hear a leak if its bad , by a pisst pisst sound around the drivers side of the motor.and PS MANCHES AREN"T CARS!!! ive got an old NAPA 225 amp stick welder . its strong and a breese to weld with ,but i also have a weld pac 3200hd lincon mig . the mig is awsome for the finer things in most of my builds,but the stick is great for the big jobs ,steering, axle swaps,ect ect. but a 300amp mig.............wow that would rock ,never heard of it ,but i have seen converters for stick to mig at my local welding supply store..a bit pricy but i think it would be worth it . just my 2 cents

i have a new outa the crate waggy dana 44 front axle assy. i bought it a few years back for a cj5 project but never used. I'm not sure ,but i think it has 3.08 gears. it does have high steer knuckles .no brakes,or hubs . i payed 200$ for it ill take that for it ,but you have to come get it . drop me a line if interested, thanks david

:cheers: on the paint .look at the gray pics ,,it looks like some one took a baseball bat after it .lol but i got after it with a hammer and dolly ,,,and a few other tools, welder ,cut off saw,drill,,ect. and from nov 13 of 2010 to jan 1 of 2011 it went from a gray neat truck to a BLACK MULE ive owned a few trucks ,chevy, ford,and a manche.well i think I'm gona keep this one alive thanks to alot of time ,my wife (for doing alot of the body work and primer)and making me keep it :bowdown: ill try to get up some interior pics as well as more detailed here and there pics :chillin:

thanks to all who commented. its been a 3 month husle to makeover my little mule, but so worth it .......that color is house of kolor triple metalic black with 3ozs of baby white pearl. it blings when its in the sunand makes the metalic change colors :drool: and those bumpers i made my self ,i callum my cum-here-deer catchers.as i have took 2 deer with them so far...and no damage :thumbsup: its still a work in progress but all mods work amazingly well thanks guys

ok i see now,,lol a cherokee of your same or later year should hook you up . stay away from the yj t cases as there is a clocking issue. been there done that ,now i have an ax15 .

your 92 should have a 231 i m pretty sure. that should bolt behind you (envy)3550 lol . and the spedo sender should be easly removed via the 1 7/16 bolt
