How do I find your website please

So I followed your suggestions. Didn’t know about your website! I’ll definitely check it out. My history is a master mechanic for the last 40 years, owned our own shop in Kelowna bc for years. I have Zero experience with renix anything. After a good drive today, I detected it seems to only happen off idle but perfect at almost all other throttle positions. Plenty of power on the highway, so I know fuel delivery isn’t an issue. TPS?

What can cause a intermittent run rich situation?

All good with the braided wire. It’s so intermittent. One minute it’s perfect then stalls and bucks. Today I got a smell of running too rich.

Because it comes and goes, it is perplexing. Everything under the hood looks good. The only thing I can’t see is the egr operation, I’ll lube it up when I get home!

Anyone seen the egr valves stick, causing poor idle?

Ok. Follow up. Not so good today. Still intermittent though. Perfect on minute stalls and bucks the next. Can go for 50 miles flawlessly!

Same problem with my 87 2.5. Replaced my original map sensor with a Chinese 16.00 one from Amazon and it’s the best it’s ever run…so far.

Ok… suddenly, I have an intermittent poor or no idle and when it does this, vehicle bucks. Then just as suddenly, it clears up! 2.5 4 speed. I’ve replaced both fuel relays. Fuel filter, put in some gas line antifreeze, new plugs, cap rotor. I’ve got a new map sensor to install. Any one experience this sort of thing?

Happy I put my stripes on

I paid 3 grand in Canadian funds. Bought the stripe kit for about 120.00 and installed the stripe myself.

Well. She’s been mechanically rebuilt bumper to bumper and got it back from the paint shop. My sweet 87 2.5 rwd sport. Stripe kit on the way.

Removed from tailgate as truck in for full paint job. Original dealer.

Just wanted to share. Installed daytime running lights on my 87 as two separate led lights on bumper. They turn on with engine running. Now I wanted to have them turn off automatically when headlights are Turned on. Very easy. Used a 5pin relay. Ignition on power to pin 30, ground wire to pin 85, power wire from park light to pin 86, power wire to daytime running lights to pin 87A. Works awesome.

Anyone use jbweld for plastic radiator tank repair?
