I adjusted and followed full procedure, but still soft

I have bled my brakes a lot and I have good pad, but my pedal doesn’t grab and isn’t firm till the later half of the pedal. Any help? It’s also pretty soft throughout but it still locks the brakes. Possible bad booster? I replaced it with one from a 87 Cherokee because mine hissed

Everything was plug and play, I was able to put the speedometer cable temporarily in there and it has a correct reading

I currently have a 2.8 in my Comanche with the older cluster, I would like to switch to the renix cluster; I have found one with the similar plugs as mine. Would anyone be able to tell me what sending units I would need? Also i’m Lost on the tachometer. Since it’s 6cyl, would I still need to mess with the tach or could I leave it how it is? I’m hoping I can just splice the two harnesses with little problem and just change sending units. I have the old ones from another 2.8 that came with a different cluster that just had the lights.

I’m not that quite tech savvy, how do I message you with info?

I’m an east coaster. Up in WV. Rarely see Comanches around here. I’m only 1 of 2 that live in my area for about 70 miles. It’s quite sad to see so very little MJ’s
