MJ is dead

The MJ I just bought still had ALL the original paperwork, including the owners manual. In the back of the manual, in the accessories section, there was a factory available bumper called a "hidden winch" bumper. Looked exactly like the factory bumper, only about 6 inches longer and contained a winch of some sort. Anyone know where to track one down, or have any pics of one still in existence? Probably not the greatest thing ever, but its just cool since it was a factory jeep accessory in '87

Not to post-jack too much, but its a sliding window question. My new MJ has a sliding rear window, but the clip that holds the slider in place broke off before I owned it. It looks like it chipped the glass a little. Can the clip be replaced or am I looking for a new window? Have a redneck fix for now. Piece of 3/4" wood painted black and 3M'ed in place. Keeps the thieves out :D

Just found the site, just bought my first MJ. Its an 87 with the 4.0. Unsure of axles and trans at this point. I've only had it a week so I'm still learning the details Got a ton of questions, but I'll look around the forums for answers for now. From eastern SD, but grew up in the black hills of SD. Always owned and wheeled yotas and nissans. This is my first jeep Will post pics as soon as I get my computer fixed -Travis
