Happy Holidays my Comanche Friends Looking for some purist opinions ,I purchased the black. Comanche with 17K. miles in. pristine condition. I. was wondering I. am. not a huge fan. of the oversized Pioneer decals running on. the side of the truck. but for originality should I keep. them on.or follow. my taste and take them. off ? Thanks for your comments

HI Everyone I am not sure after reading everyone post if I made the right choice ,I am the new owner of the 88 Comanche ,I ended getting for 12 and change which I felt was ok deal ,I wanted to let everyone know I maybe selling my current 88 Comanche ,Just some facts about 1) Rust free /Second Owner/ Truck lived in Oregon all of its ,life / 88K on rebuilt engine 4L 4WD / Almost every option available for Sport Model Auto trans / Bucket seats ,/Center Console ./I converted truck to Pioneer option truck with Factory 5 spoke rims ,Leather steering wheel , Upgraded Jeep Radio , Marchal Fog Lights ,Interior is better then super clean ,Rear cab light ,Chrome Front and Rear bumpers ,The list goes on

I will ask. the repair shop ,is there difference in performance ?

Hi My Fellow Comanche I. just recently had mad my 1988 Jeep. Comanche 4 L automatic trans rebuilt $2,200 later the trans shifts perfectly up. until. I. switch the power trans switch on. the dash. board it then. starts slipping like crazy , The trans shop. is saying its electrical. because his claim. is the trans is perfect its something with the switch ,Please ideas Thanks George

Hi Guys please help I am new to the Jeep Comanche club ,I am restoring a 1988 Sport ,this forum has been such an amazing source of information ,My bottle neck is the prior owner kept the jeep with a rear cab ,he had it connected to with some form of snug molding and he removed the rear window ,the truck has the original rear glass but W/O the much needed gasket ,where can I find the rear glass gasket Thanks George I
