I just took it slow with the grinder. just cut thru the weld on one side, and use a hammer and chisle and the other weld will break. It's not as bad as you think.

I am amazed how much moor beefy'er the 8.25 is compared to the dana35

Well i think everybodys right i am getting a new well junkyard rear end but i don't know what ratio i have??? i have 39 teeth on my ring gear. anyone know what ratio that might be so i can match e'm up thanks ever so much :wall: i think it's a 355 ratio am i right?????

Well i wish i could upgrade but moneys tight so i must replace the ring and pinion I have it all toar apart and i can not get my axle's out ther are no c clips the little gear on the axle just slips off the spline on the axle How do you pull them out I drove the drift pin out and removed the two gears and the shaft but the other gears just slide off

Any ideas on what to do first? i think it is the pinion gear

can anybody tell me if this an dana35 by the looks of it? I got one hell of a noise coming from it. I never messed a whole lot with differential.

I painted my whole truck with rustolium lol :yes: I went to tractor supply and bought a gallon of rustolium farm implament paint allis chalmers orange :nuts: but i wanted to get a coat of paint before winter it's my only truck... thanks again

Well as far as a bent spring. thats just camara play there good, but what is caster? and the track bar is adjustable. yea the bushing might be alittle sloppy thats like a whole outher can a worms... i don't know what kind of lift it has and i don't thing stock bushing will work?

Well pi'c tell a 1000 words My fron't end has a slight wobble if i hit a bumb just right trying to correct the problem myself but still haveing problems. :dunno: I need a fron't end GURU :wall:
