    Okay so what I'm getting from this is that I take of the c clip then move the forks over, re install the c clip then move the sleeve on the axle to the left then re install everything and disconnect all vacuum lines?

    So if I do the CAD fix will 2wd still work? Sorry I'm new to this, and how exactly does it work?

    Okay! Thanks I'm gonna try to re run the vacuums on mine if that fails then ill do the CAD fix, any suggestions or links of where to get the vacuum tubing?

    No I know it's in 2wd all the time but on the diagram you posted if I disconnect the green tube everything works correctly but the light is still on

    Okay I have a 1986 jeep comanche and the 4wd is always on, I replaced the actuator and the housing and the light is still on and the 4wd does not work at all, any suggestions?
