Mine is an 89 as well. Ive seen 90-92 run at 210.

Well mine sits around the same, but i was just going to replace the coolant temp sensor.... worth the hassel?

Just go to a junk yard. Took me one minute with a hammer to pop it out of an old XJ. Install is a littler harder.

Is there any way to reach this without taking the manifold off? Just trying to figure how long of a repair I am going to have to make it. If so I'm just gonna swap out the CPS while I have it apart.

I actually have not. I haven't lost any coolant and it is running colder than it ever has. So I will stick with the hybrid system for now and I will let you know if I encounter any problems.

I was there with the Blue 89' Thanks to the gents that helped me when my radiator cracked.

It's a little late, but I just want to say thanks to the gentlemen that helped me when my radiator cracked at the show on the first day. Much Appreciated. And my hybrid system is working good so far.
