Been thinking about it. I could use some parts...

got it off jakeman. It was for sale here.

I would be interested depending on the style and if all profits (if any) go to CC.

Here is the donor that I picked up last thursday! 1987 MJ MT, 109k, disco D30, mj d44, metric ton, aw4, 231 and rusty as hell! Pat came with me to pick it up. Didn't know it and he couldn't get a hold of me until we stopped for gas to tell me that my track bar fell off the axle end! Limped it to home depot, sucked! But got it home after that!
-
Got the donor 4x4 MJ home the other night. WIll get some pics. It is an '87 MJ MT. Trac Bar fell off right after leaving with it. Didn't know because my phone wasnt working while Pat was trying to call me following me back. Limped it to the closest hardware store which ended up being 15 miles down the road. Haha, awesome.
-
haha thanks guys! I really don't want to keep the pink but we will see how much money I have left over after a few things! At least I won't loose the jeep in the woods haha.
-
wow. looks real nice! hope to see them join.

haha thanks guys well guys Ill be looking for a cheap 4x4 XJ as a donor unless someone has a 231 or 242 tcase, aw4 4x4 trans and hpD30 front axle sitting around.
-
rear bumper looks great. not sure I like how far those sliders look to stick down, but that rear bumper is def. awesome.
-
haha I can't. I am thinking the same green as my old XJ otherwise I am going to return it to the original white.
-
So I sold my XJ: To start building this: 1991 Jeep Comanche Eliminator, 118k, 2wd, factory roll bar
-
haha thanks. Been wanting one for a long time but my XJ took up all my extra money.
-
Bought it: Anyway, I ended up picking up a 1991 Jeep Comanche Eliminator. Shortbed, 4.O, 118k, 2wd, shortbed roll bar, factory bed mat, original interior and clean:

So I sold my jeep this past weekend because I have been wanting to build something different. I really wanted to build an MJ. Well after looking and looking near me, everything was rotted out crap. Drove to Racine this morning for a complete dive that the guy pretty much lied about the whole thing, thinking I might be some idiot. Anyway, I ended up picking up a 1991 Jeep Comanche Eliminator. Shortbed, 4.O, 118k, 2wd, shortbed roll bar, factory bed mat, original interior and clean: Within the nearest future I plan on converting to 4wd obviously. Paint. Then the real build will start to happen.
