As you can see its dirty and it needs a little love, I'll end up repainting the roof on it I'm pretty sure, it just wouldn't be something I flip if it didn't need some paint I suppose.
I sold my wrecked and repaired(but clean title) 165k mile 2000 white freedom for $3600 back in February(in 9 days). I sold my basic 96 Sport with 145k and a 48k engine back in october for $2600 in 11 hours, I had people beating down my door for that one. I sold my green 2000 sport back in august for $3700 in 9 days. The mileage may be a little higher on this one than those others but it hasn't been wrecked and will look amazing by the time I am done with it.
Picked this guy up today, $2000, 2000 with 188k on it. Needs a thorough cleaning inside and out, kinda needs the roof repainted. Needs brakes, valve cover gasket, pass Ujoint etc etc. Hopefully I can get something like $3700-4000 out of it.
You know it would almost be a shame to use it, seeing as how rust free beds are a dime a dozen, I would feel bad about using it since there are always rust free beds you could replace one with.
Someone wanted to build a bridge for effect, you can just walk around very easily.
Isn't that the home/cabin dedicated to Thoreau?
Very nice pictures. Looks a lot different with a lot of snow on the ground. What is the location of the structure with the old fridge?
You know I think your right, Thoreaus cabin.
The building with the old fridge is off of county road 31.
sometimes they work perfectly, other times they are really stubborn. I loathe having to the the tranny lines on the XJ radiators.....well, at least the newer ones, the older ones have plastic disconnects, and they always seem to work just fine.
Man I was all ready to go on this, then I saw the $5k you paid for it - I can't touch that man. Good luck with it, sounds like you have enough in it it would be better to keep it.
