oh ok cool ill give it a shot thanks oh but what about my stop lights they just stay on...but when the headlights are off they won't come on...

well i think it was hit before i got it because it had new fenders and all when i got it...so it may be pinched...ill also look at the grounds..where are they?

well i currently don't have any blinkers...and i think my stop lights are on all the time...when i pull the light switch out it should turn on the driving lights..then one more pull turns on the headlights...well i pull once...no driving lights..but the tail lights come on (really bright) if i push the brake petal the stop lights won't come on.. and no blinkers!! i checked the bulbs they all look ok...

today i realized i have that thing on my rear axle that is supposed to "help" my truck stop when i have a heavy load...its a little arm thing connected to my brake lines from the dif. cover...but my question is should i take it off...or swap axles and put that thing on even though iam doins SOA..?

haha na but see the tape under the tailgate iam cutting that off hahaha

haha right now i have a sort of baja lift...spring under rear...with 5inch lift in the front haha but it will be soa soon i got the new perches today!!

test fitted the LTBs...i have the front lifted 5 inches but the rear will get done tonight...what do yall think so far Image Not Found

i did have access to welders at my school but i graduated lastyear so i can't use em..but my dad has 1 !! :wink:

haha it would have been worse if you didnt cut it.... and that armor is a good idea when i get my welder i might do the same 8)

i want to cut the bottom off my comanches bed, but my roommate says not to cut into the body... i figured if i cut them it wouldnt get hung on rocks and what not as easy.. so iam askin the guys that have and havent cut yours whats best? iam only cutting the very end though... like that...it looks better than cutting all of it

i don't think i would do that ive seen a few lowered comanches and...well lets just say i like them lifted better

i might just need to bleed the brakes....but i took the d30 off so now i have to bleed them... i have pics of it torn apart in the projects page..

here's a few pics of the tear down.. i cut the fenders right before the pics i think they turned out ok....better than my cherokees fenders that i cut with some big metal cutting siccors... iam also thinkin of cutting the bottom of the bed off just the rear peice not the whole bottom.. will the brake booster/ master cylinder work out of my 2.8 cherokee in my 4.0 'manche?

i tore the d30 out today to put in my xj30 then in a day or so ill have the xj35 ready to go in....they have better gears and are locked..the comanches axles are open with horrible gears... soon ill have an 8.8 for it.. and some pics of the build

well iam just going to cut the perches on my xj35 and put it on my comanche for now...till i get an 8.8...

Image Not Found iam pretty sure thats what your looking for...its a fan shroud for a 4 cylinder cherokee or comanche..

what axle is that? the perches are tall!....how did you keep the springs from moving around on the perches..

ive always wondered but never tried it...but i was wondering if i could run an 8 3/4 rear axle out of a cuda i have an extra with a set of 4.10s and its locked...

hmm...well that puts a huge back step on my plans.... i think i may just wait for an 8.8 then...i don't want to waste time converting my xj35 to fit my comanche....so ill wait and get an 8.8 and be better off...prolly lincoln lock front and rear :twisted:

oh ill just go spring over with the cherokee axle..
